YIELD: 6 PEANUTBUTTER CORN MUFFINS
COOKING TEMP: 400F PORTION: ONE
COOKING TIME: 30 MIN COOKING PAN: MUFFIN TIN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Flour : 1/2 cp 1. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking
| Cornmeal : 1 1/2 cp powder and salt.
| Baking powder : 1 2/3 Tb 2. Combine eggs. milk and oil. Add to
| Salt : 1 ts dry ingredients and mix until
| Eggs : 2 smooth.
| Milk : 1 1/2 cp 3. Fill 1/4 of oiled muffin cup with
| Oil : 1/4 cp batter. Place 1 Tb peanutbutter in
| Peanut butter : 6 Tb each cup. Top with batter to 2/3

4. Bake in hot oven about 30 minutes
or until golden brown.
